Close your Skillia account, or ask about your data

This page is for anyone with a Skillia login — pupil, parent, teacher or school staff — using the Skillia website or the Skillia Android app. You do not need to sign in. A parent may ask on behalf of their child.

What happens

• We record your request and send it to your school, which acts on it, normally within 30 days. We email you when it has been actioned if you give an email address.
• Closing an account stops anyone signing in to it, on every device, at once.
• The phones registered for notifications and your notification settings are deleted immediately.
• Records your school must keep by law — enrolment, attendance, finance, learning-support and child-protection records — are kept under the school’s retention policy, then deleted when that period ends.
• Security audit entries (who did what, when) are kept for security and fraud prevention.
